Starkemind Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 9, 2026

Starkemind LLC (“Starkemind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Starkemind website and 21-Day Mental Strength Training. This policy explains how information is collected and handled through our website, checkout, training services, Daily Brain Check-Ins, and related communications.

Information we collect

When you purchase training, the checkout collects your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. Purchase records also include information identifying your order, product, and price plan.

Payments are processed through Stripe using payment fields provided by Stripe within the Systeme.io checkout. Payment information entered into those fields is handled by Stripe. Our Daily Brain application does not directly collect or store your full card number or card security code.

When you participate in training, records may include your enrollment, current program day, completed check-ins, and training or reminder delivery status.

Daily Brain Check-Ins collect your email address, program day, tool used, description of your experience, and what changed after applying the tool. Your submissions may be associated with your name. We also maintain coaching-response drafts, reviewed responses, and records showing whether a response has been sent.

Operational records include submission and event identifiers, form information, timestamps, processing statuses, delivery identifiers, and information used to prevent duplicate processing or duplicate messages. Our application retains the submitted form fields and, where received through the purchase integration, purchase-event data.

Daily Brain Check-Ins and sensitive information

Daily Brain Check-Ins are intended for mental-performance training and coaching. They are not intended for medical or mental-health treatment.

Do not submit medical records, mental-health records, diagnoses, treatment information, or other highly sensitive personal information through Daily Brain Check-Ins. Keep your responses focused on the performance situation, the training tool you used, and your experience applying it.

Avoid including unnecessary identifying information about other people.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Process purchases and maintain purchase records.
  • Identify participants and support access to training.
  • Track program participation and progression.
  • Receive and review Daily Brain Check-Ins.
  • Prepare and deliver personalized coaching responses.
  • Send training messages, coaching responses, and check-in reminders.
  • Maintain records of submissions, processing, and email delivery.
  • Prevent duplicate processing and unnecessary reminders.
  • Support the security and operation of our services.

Personalized coaching and AI assistance

Where we use an AI service to assist with coaching-response preparation, relevant submission content is sent to that service. This can include your first name, program day, tool used, check-in description, and description of what changed.

The purpose is to prepare a draft personalized coaching response. In this workflow, a human reviews the response before approving it for email delivery. Drafts and reviewed responses are stored with the associated submission.

Information you include in free-text responses may therefore be processed by an AI service when this feature is used. The instructions above about avoiding medical, mental-health, and other highly sensitive information apply to these submissions.

Service providers and storage

The services supporting Starkemind include:

  • Systeme.io: Website and funnel pages, checkout, contact and order records, course access, and configured training communications or progression actions.
  • Stripe: Payment processing and associated payment-security technologies.
  • Form services: Daily Brain Check-In forms and transmission of submissions to our application.
  • AI services: Draft coaching-response generation where that feature is used.
  • Email-delivery services: Delivery of coaching responses, training messages, reminders, and operational notifications where configured.
  • Application hosting and database services: Hosting and storage supporting the Starkemind application, including participant, submission, purchase, progression, and delivery records.
  • Content delivery services: Systeme.io page assets and images are delivered through CloudFront-hosted resources.

The information handled by each provider depends on its role. For example, a form provider handles submitted responses, while an email-delivery provider processes the recipient address and message content.

Webhooks and operational records

Systeme.io and our check-in form service use automated messages called webhooks to send purchase or check-in information to our application.

These messages support purchase processing, participant identification, program progression, and check-in handling. We retain relevant event identifiers, timestamps, processing results, and associated data so the application can process events reliably and recognize duplicate submissions.

Email communications

Training-related communications can include access instructions, daily training messages, personalized coaching responses, and reminders to complete check-ins.

Delivery records may include the recipient address, message or delivery identifier, sending status, and timestamps. Depending on the configured workflow, operational notifications may also help Starkemind monitor participant progression or follow up on missed check-ins.

Contact us if you have questions about these communications or wish to discuss stopping them. Some communications are part of delivering the training you purchased.

Cookies and third-party technologies

Our website and checkout use technologies supplied by Systeme.io and Stripe to display pages and operate the checkout. The checkout also loads Stripe payment-security, metrics, and hCaptcha components.

These technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers to support their functions. Their operation is also subject to the relevant provider’s privacy information.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain technologies may affect checkout, login, or other service functions.

Data security

Our implementation includes measures such as protected access to the coaching dashboard, webhook authentication or signature checks, and Stripe-hosted payment fields.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending payment-card details or highly sensitive personal information through check-ins or ordinary email.

Retention

Records can remain in our service-provider accounts, application storage, and database after a purchase, check-in, or program completion. Completing the 21-day program does not itself mean that all related records are automatically deleted.

We have not established a single fixed retention period for every category of information. Retention can depend on the type of record, the service it supports, provider retention practices, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

You may contact us to ask about information associated with you or request deletion.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

You may email gregposs@starkemind.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you.

Please describe your request and provide the email address used for your purchase or training participation. Do not include payment-card details or medical records.

We may need additional information to confirm that the request concerns your information. The response available will depend on the information involved, applicable requirements, and the systems holding it. Deletion may affect our ability to provide training, maintain progress, or deliver personalized coaching.

Age restrictions and parental involvement

The online Starkemind program is for users age 13 and older. The online Starkemind service is not available to children under 13.

Children under 13 must not register, purchase, submit Daily Brain Check-Ins, or otherwise provide personal information through the service. We do not intend to collect personal information online from children under 13.

Participants ages 13–17 should review this policy with a parent or guardian and involve them in decisions about purchasing the program and sharing information. A parent or guardian should authorize any purchase made on the participant’s behalf.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through Starkemind, please contact gregposs@starkemind.com so we can investigate and address the information. Parents or guardians may also contact us with questions about a minor’s participation or information.
